1.Where Is Yo Neighborhood Florist located?

Answer: Yo Neighborhood Florist is Located in Birmingham, Alabama. We are able to service the surrounding Birmingham area. There is an up-charge for all Birmingham clients outside of a 15 mile radius of Downtown Birmingham.

2. Is Yo Neighborhood Florist responsible for booking hotel room or venue?

 Answer: No, in fact, most customers aren't present when we are decorating. For hotels, clients usually add the the name of our owner, to the hotel reservation, so upon arrival at the hotel, the keys could be picked up from the front desk and immediately begin decorating. (Recommend protocol) 

3. Is Yo Neighborhood Florist responsible for the clean up of decorating services?

Answer: No, except for clients who add-on next day cleaning service to their order. You must be willing to leave your hotel room at least an hour before checkout time.
