Hotel Room & Flower Bath Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Yo Neighborhood Florist may, at any time, in its sole discretion, modify, add, or remove all or portions of these terms and conditions without notice and, unless otherwise indicated, such changes will be effective immediately; therefore, please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Site following any changes to these terms and conditions shall be deemed acceptance of any such changes. Please print and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records
Reservations are based on availability. A $200 retainer fee is required to hold your reservation date and time. The retainer is non-refundable, but goes towards your balance for your service. Remaining payment must be sent by the date of service(s). Yo Neighborhood Florist reserves the right to change, or cancel the reservation, if full payment is not received by the due date and time.
You will be charged a late fee of $75, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment.
If the customer cancels within 72 hours of reservation for any means, the retainer fee can be transferred to a new reservation date and time. The new reservation must be rebooked within 60 days from the date of the original reservation.
If the customer cancels within 48 hours of reservation for any means, customer forfeits the non-refundable retainer fee. Yo Neighbor Florist will not transfer the original retainer fee for a new reservation.
Customers who do not confirm/respond, do not provide Yo Neighborhood Florist decorators proper access to the room, or did not cancel their reservation with at least 3 hours notice are considered no-shows. Any payments received will not be refunded to the customer.
If the customer needs to reschedule reservation within 24 hours, customer will be subject to a $200 rebooking fee and is rescheduling is dependent on Yo Neighborhood Florist availability.
All Goods received and accepted by Yo Neighborhood Florist to provide services to you, the customer, shall remain the property and risks of the customer. The risks, title and liabilities on the goods shall not in any way be with Yo Neighborhood Florist.
You, the Customer, agree that Yo Neighborhood Florist is under no obligation to take out nor maintain any insurance policy in relation to our goods. Customer shall at their own cost provide all-risk insurance including but not limited to allergies, fire, or additional damages.
Please note that your booking is accepted on the understanding that Yo Neighborhood Florist is not to be responsible for any cleaning or damages upon leaving your setup. You accept all liability for any additional third party fees incurred. Our company is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or other irregularity which may be caused by or resulting from our services.

TERMS & CONDITIONS for Hotel Room Decor & Bath Rentals
An additional $100 REFUNDABLE Decor Rental Deposit is required for our Hotel & Bath Decor Rentals. Deposit will be credited back to you once ALL DECOR RENTALS have been returned with no damages or lost.
*ONLY Romantic Hotel Room & Flower Bath Decor services includes: DECOR RENTAL CLEANUP SERVICE, ONLY IF YOU ADDED OUR DECOR RENTALS WITH YOUR BOOKING.( Clean up is the next morning an hour before checkout.) Please give us a call (1-888-863-7904) before checkout to return ALL DECOR RENTALS.
