***Please book at least 7 days in advance. Same day & same week bookings are subject to additional fees. Setups after 9pm are subject to additional fees.

A prepayment of $200.00 is required to book your appointment.Your reservation date/time is confirmed upon receipt of your $200 retainer fee. This is a non-refundable fee, toward your future service(s).

These services consist of the following category you choose in your booking:

A. The ROOM & BATH COMBO $525.00

Description: A Bed design, A Flower bath (up to 2 colors), Floor flower petals & Balloon banner (up to 15 letters). 

Setup: 3 hour duration

Location: Private Residence or Customer's Chosen Venue 

 

Or

B. ROOM ONLY $375.00

Description: A Bed design, A Flower bath, Floor flower petals & Balloon banner (up to 15 letters). 

Setup: 2.00 hour duration 

Location: Private Residence or Customer's Chosen Venue 
                 

Or

C.BATH ONLY  $375.00    

Description: A Flower bath (up to 2 colors) & Balloon banner(up to 15 letters). 

Setup: 2 hour duration 

Location: Private Residence or Customer's Chosen Venue.

         

   Or

 

D. BALLOONS ONLY $375.00

Description: 40 Helium balloons, Balloon banner(up to 30 letters), 2 Large numbers & Air balloons.

 Setup: 2 hour duration 

Location: Private Residence or Customer's Chosen Venue.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Your reservation date/time is confirmed upon receipt of your $200 retainer fee. This is a non-refundable fee, toward your future service(s). If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. The following rules apply only: If you cancel within 72 hours, you can rebook within 60 days. The $200 retainer fee will be transferred to your new booking service(s). If you cancel within 48 hour or less, the $200 retainer is non-transferable and non-refundable. The product(s) has already been purchased within this timeframe.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

An additional $100 REFUNDABLE deposit is REQUIRED for ALL our Decor Rentals. Deposit will be credited back to you once ALL DECOR RENTALS have been returned with no damages or lost. 

ONLY Romantic Hotel Room Decor & Flower Bath Booking includes: DECOR RENTAL CLEANUP SERVICE, ONLY IF YOU ADDED OUR DECOR RENTALS WITH YOUR BOOOkING.( Clean up is the next morning before checkout.) Please give us a call before checkout to return ALL DECOR RENTALS.

***Marquee Light RENTAL is an additional $10 per letter or number.***
